Description
Come meet Vacaville's Hometown Hero Noah Coughlan and celebrate the completion of the Run for Rare. On July 4th 2015, Vacaville resident Noah Coughlan completed his third run, The Run for Rare, across the United States. In doing so he became only the third man to ever achieve such a feat. However, Noah did not complete this run for himself, he ran to raise awareness for the over 7000 rare diseases fought every day in the United States. These diseases are unable receive the funding that they deserve because they are so rare. Noah ran his third run to help change that fact for the one in ten American's fighting a rare disease. As Noah's hometown it seems only right that we give back to a man that has given so much of himself to others. Theatre DeVille in Vacaville will be hosting a Welcome Home Noah celebration. We would like to invite any one who has followed Noah on the Run4Rare, all residents of Vacaville, Solano County and anyone who would like to come out and meet our hometown hero. Noah will be sharing his experiences from his journey, his film crew at Luminous Pictures who is producing a documentary about Noah and the Run4Rare will be in attendance along with several of Vacaville's best known residents and government officials. Come on down and show your appreciation for Noah and his accomplishments in the Run4Rare!
