We are a husband & wife partnership in real estate. Our goal is to assist you with what can be one of the biggest financial decisions of your life!

We were both raised in San Francisco and have lived throughout the greater bay area all of our lives. We settled, work and live in Solano County since 1989.

Dawn, having practiced real estate full time for the past 26 years. Her dedication, knowledge, commitment and professionalism is recognized by her excellent client satisfaction and recommendations. It is her attitude that “The Customer Always Comes First”.

George, after a 32-year career as a consultative sales professional in the electrical wholesale and power automation industry acquired his real estate license July of 2015 and June of 2016 the Guillory Real Estate is formed.

Together, we offer our clients decades of professional sales experience, while consistently maintaining a personal touch and commitment. Our mutual love of real estate, love of people, and love of making a positive difference in people’s lives is paramount to our success.
