Come Celebrate the Ribbon-Cutting of Compassionate Care Dental (formerly Elmira Road Dental Care) with the Vacaville Chamber. There will be food and beverages along with information about their services. KUIC will be by in the morning for a CoffeeBreak as well. The chamber will cut the ribbon at 1:00 p.m
