The title is "Fundraising Rules\, Regulations\, and Reports."  It begins at 1:00 p.m.\, and ends at 4:00 in SCF's Buck Education and Training Center at 744 Empire Street\, Suite 240\, in Fairfield.  Those who wish to attend must register through the SCF website\, www.solanocf.org.  Follow the link for the workshop schedule.  Or call the Foundation at 707-399-3846.  NPP membership is required to attend (see below for how to join).\n\n \n\nThe material presented will cover rules\, regulations\, and reports for fundraising activities and events.  There are both state and federal requirements that must be followed when soliciting funds.  Nonprofit staff\, board\, and volunteers are invited to attend and learn about compliance requirements.  \n\n \n\nSCF's Nonprofit Partnership Program is open to any interested party\, nonprofit or not.  The cost is $50 a year and entitles members to attend any or all workshops free of charge.  There are other benefits as well\, such as professional development grants.
